1. Knee Pushup

2. Bicycle Crunch

1. Lie flat on the bottom along with your lower back pressed to the ground. and put your hands behind your head.

2. Then bring your knees in towards your chest and lift your shoulder blades off the bottom.

3. Release the crunch slightly. Bend your right leg and straighten your left leg, then bring your left elbow to your right knee.

4. Repeat for the specified number of reps.

3. Squat

1. Put your arms straight get in front of you, parallel to the bottom.

2. Your weight is on your feet it should get on the heels and therefore the balls of your feet.
